Maintenance typically lasts around five hours, and players receive a minimum of 300 Primogems in their in-game mailbox as compensation for any downtime. If maintenance exceeds five hours, players earn an extra 60 Primogems for every additional hour.

When is the Next Genshin Impact Stream?
The Genshin Impact 5.1 livestream is predicted to air on Friday, September 27, 2024. We will provide updates once we receive confirmation from Hoyoverse, likely within this week. The previous Genshin Impact 5.0 livestream took place on August 15, 2024, at 21:00 PT / 23:00 CT, which translates to August 16, 2024, at 00:00 ET / 5:00 BST on the official Genshin Impact Twitch channel and YouTube.
Genshin Impact 5.1 Release Date and Banner Predictions
The next major update, version 5.1, is predicted to arrive on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, following the standard six-week update schedule. Maintenance will likely begin on October 8, 2024.
